Step inside our chocolate kitchen and immerse yourself in an unforgettable, hands-on confectionery adventure. Our Chocolate Making Class invites you to explore the rich world of cacao, taste exceptional chocolate and craft your own gourmet creations in Tampa Bay’s oldest chocolate factory.
Your experience begins with an interactive introduction to the fascinating history and journey of chocolate—from cacao pod to finished bar. You’ll see real cacao pods, taste a cacao bean, and sample our signature dark, milk and white chocolate straight from our tempering machines.
Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves! Under the guidance of our skilled chocolatiers, you’ll customize your own chocolate bar from a wide selection of toppings, hand-dip an assortment of treats, and create a whimsical chocolate champagne glass using our professional equipment. Vegan and gluten-free options are available to ensure everyone can indulge.
During the class, guests will:
• Learn the story and science behind chocolate
• Experience real cacao pods and taste a cacao bean
• Sample fresh chocolate right from the tempering bins
• Create a custom chocolate bar
• Hand-dip strawberries and other treats
• Make a chocolate champagne glass
• Take home everything you create
Your experience includes:

• Hair must be pulled back or braided
• Closed-toe shoes are recommended
