**Private Chocolate Making Experience**

Perfect for corporate team building, employee outings, client events, birthdays, family celebrations, social groups and special occasions, your guests will step behind the scenes at Tampa Bay's oldest chocolate factory for a hands-on experience that's fun, interactive and delicious.
No chocolate-making experience required — we'll guide you through everything!
**How It Works**
Your private experience begins with a welcome beverage — choose from chocolate coffee, specialty coffee, hot chocolate or bottled water.
Then we'll take your group on a lively, guided journey through the history and craft of chocolate, beginning with the cacao bean. You'll see real cacao pods, taste a cacao bean and learn how chocolate goes from a tropical fruit to one of the world's favorite treats.
Then it's time to become chocolatiers!
Guests will choose from an assortment of toppings to create their own custom chocolate bars, learn to hand-dip some of our popular treats, and try their hand at our chocolate waterfall (enrobing) machine.
At the end of your event, we'll package up everyone's handmade chocolates to take home.

**Group Size & Timing**
Private chocolate-making experiences are available for groups of up to 24 guests.
Plan on approximately 1½–2 hours for your private event.
Because the experience is reserved especially for your group, advance reservations are required.

* The experience involves mostly standing, but our space is wheelchair accessible and we're happy to accommodate guests with mobility needs or other special requirements. Please let us know ahead of time.
* Long hair must be pulled back or tightly braided. A hairnet may be required.
