Youth Party (Ages
6-21)
A 1 ¼ hour chocolate making experience for up to 10 guests,
hosted in our chocolate factory. It’s a fun-filled party with lots of laughter and the
party guests will have made a wide selection of chocolates and learned a lot too!
Participants will:
· Learn where
chocolate comes from
· View the equipment
used to make our chocolates
· See real cacao pods
· Taste the
chocolate we’ll be using
· Dip and decorate Graham
Crackers, Oreos, Marshmallows and Pretzel Rods
The package
includes:
· One of our
world-famous chocolate beverages
· A party bag to
take home chocolates made during the party
· An attendant to
direct the party
· A 10% discount on
purchases made the day of the party
Package Cost
Parties are $350
plus sales tax and an 18% gratuity. A
deposit of $75 is required upon booking to reserve your date. This deposit will
be applied to the total cost due the day of the party.
Cancellations
Three weeks
cancellation notice prior to the scheduled party is required to receive a full
refund of your deposit, otherwise the deposit may be used towards product
purchases or a future party deposit. After we receive your deposit, you will
receive additional details.
Important Details
· Guests must have
hair pulled back. Closed toed shoes are preferred
· Party hosts may enter the room 25
minutes prior to the event to set up simple decorations. The room must be
cleared promptly at the scheduled party end time.
· Contact us two
days prior to your event let us know the number of participants
· We do not provide
the cake or food however we do allow outside food that has minimal aromas
(chocolate absorbs odors, so please, nothing too smelly)
· Beverages and
pastries may be purchased in-house
· There is no charge
for adult chaperones, however space is limited
· Adult party host
must always be with the party and the party host is responsible for children
dropped off by parents
